Earning Money 💵
The main way to earn money on User Interviews is by participating in paid studies. When you access your participant dashboard, you'll be able to see and filter through all of the available studies on the platform. When you see a study that interests you, you can apply for a chance to participate in it.
There are a variety of types of studies you can apply for, including:
- Unmoderated studies. These include online surveys and usability tests. Some will require you to record yourself, your screen, and/or your audio.
- 1-on-1 interviews. These involve getting together with a researcher face to face (either over webcam, phone, or in-person) and answering questions.
- Multi-day/diary studies. With these, you'll be asked to conduct certain activities over the course of multiple days, weeks, or months. For example, you may be asked to record your food/drink intake.
- Focus groups. With these studies, you'll participate alongside one or more other participants.
Be sure to accurately set up your profile to get matched with more relevant studies. Then, start applying to studies that you think are a good fit for you, your experience, and your interests.
Once you're accepted for a study, select a session time that works for you, and remember to show up on that schedule. After completing the study, you'll receive payment based on the study's payment terms.
Besides studies, you can also earn money by referring other participants to User Interviews. This can be done in two ways:
- General referral. Refer someone to the platform and you'll both receive $10 once they complete their first study.
- Study referral. Refer someone to a specific, eligible study and you'll both receive $30 if they successfully complete that specific study.
Referral bonuses are paid out via Amazon gift card.
Cashing Out 💰
Once you have earned any amount of money (there's no minimum payout), you can cash out your User Interviews earnings via Cash, Charity Donations, Check, Direct Deposit, Gift Cards, PayPal, Prepaid Credit Cards or Tango Card.

5 minutes scored ME $15.00 USD
Their Support Staff are quick to answer any questions/concerns you may have, again it was only my first study that I did and quite frankly I would refer this say to anybody..
I don't know I'm hoping it's just because I'm still new to the site but I hardly get any surveys that's the only thing you just got to keep checking back into the site even though it'll notify you by email if there's some a study waiting for you to do

$150 an hour for a live web cam interview.
I like it I'm on their site everyday multiple times a day. Once you get going it's easy money if you don't mind being in front of a camera.
I've made $170 from one 60 minute interview about wireless service and a 30 minute interview about customer service. And I also got $60 in gift cards from Amazon and Walmart (though they had many more) for an interview about ATVs options.
It took a couple weeks to get going good but so far there seems to have been no shortage of interviews available. A lot of sites might pay well but not have many available...hasn't been an issue thus far and soon as ur done it takes about 2 hours for paypal to hit.
It does take a couple weeks of applying to get going but it pays VERY well so it's seems worth the wait. And like any GPT site demographics matter.
This is like everything else you've got to invest a little (very little) work and the payoff can be sweet but you can't reasonably sit and think $150 an hour is gonna jump in your pocket, you gotta do a little leg work.
