Earning Money 💵
Being a software tester is the primary role offered for Testlio freelancers. This role requires you to identify any issues or defects in software products to ensure their quality and reliability before their public release.
There are several types of testing you may encounter, including:
- Localization testing. Verify the content and functionality of digital products to culturally adapt for a specific target market according to their local standards in terms of language, culture, and regions.
- Payments testing. Test the entire payment process flow for correct calculations, any interruptions, and tax calculations.
- Usability testing. Interact with a digital product to gauge its ease of use, efficiency, and satisfaction, and provide feedback about your overall user experience.
- Livestream testing. Allocate time to be online during the live broadcast and report any quality issues.
- Functional testing. Check that the features of the digital products are working as intended and try to find bugs.
- Exploratory testing. Navigate freely to find software issues.
As a tester, you will be assessed based on your availability, responsiveness, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Along with being a tester, Testlio offers two other more specialized positions:
- Test Lead. This is a leadership role that requires you to oversee test case preparation and ensure the quality of test runs. You will also be handling a team of testers by guiding them in their testing performance and clarifying the scope of their testing projects to achieve desired outcomes.
- Quality Engineer. Applying for this role requires that you have significant test automation and quality engineering expertise. This role requires you to write scripts, execute comprehensive test strategies, identify and report bugs, validate fixes, and more. Requires a technical interview.
Your pay rates as a Testlio tester will vary depending on your role and the country you're from.

Awesome rewards
This site pays testers on freelance basis to test bugs from apps and websites. The pay is per hour in order to improve feedback accuracy. They make their payment on weekly basis via paypal or payoneer. Your hourly pay depends on your accuracy
- They have very a high pay compared to the other testing sites.
- They have a very reliable payout schedule thats made every week via paypal or payoneer
- They only have two payment options which makes it inconvenient
- Profile completion is key to determining your earning in testlio since in order to qualify for a test they will consider your profile
- Provide great feedbacks for more pay per hour.

Best testing site to earn money from. Higher earning capability
This is a good earning app for testers except that it doesn't have an academy or training like UTEST. It is good since the payments are per hour
- That it pays every week either through PayPal or Payoneer
- Each tasker has an allocated number of hours each week according to their level and accuracy.
- The earning capability is high since you are paid per hour
The quality assurance is strict and any mistakes will make you kicked out
- Ensure you deliver high quality work. This will increase your ranking hence increase your earning. Accuracy is the key to making it in this app.
- Do not accept tests if you cannot do them. Keep consistent

I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a little extra income
Beginners should not sign up expecting to make good money. It's more of a lower end income site
- The site is organized in such a way that you get invited to projects based on how you've organized your profile. i.e; The more info you've put in your profile the better your chances of getting invited
- Not so many tests are available especially for people living outside USA
- Be patient maybe you'll get tests in future
- Live in USA
